By purchasing or using Apocalypsis products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

2. Products

Apocalypsis offers the following products:

• Physical SSD: A pre-loaded SanDisk Extreme SSD containing the Apocalypsis AI survival assistant and knowledge base.
• Digital Download: A downloadable version of the same software for installation on your own hardware.
• Knowledge Updates Subscription: An annual subscription providing quarterly content and AI model updates.

3. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Apocalypsis software on one device. The license is bound to the specific hardware (SSD or computer) where the product is first activated.

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell the software or its contents
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or knowledge base
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Use the product for commercial purposes without written permission

4. Knowledge Updates Subscription

• Subscription is billed annually at the current rate ($30/year at launch)
• Updates are delivered quarterly and require a brief internet connection to download
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• The base product continues to work fully without a subscription — you simply won't receive new content updates

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.

• Physical SSD: Return the SSD in its original condition for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping.
• Digital Download: Contact support@apocalypsis.ltd within 30 days for a full refund. Your license will be deactivated.
• Subscription: Pro-rated refund for unused months within the first 30 days.

Apocalypsis is an educational and reference tool. The information provided by the AI assistant and knowledge base is sourced from publicly available survival manuals, field guides, and reference materials.

7. Limitation of Liability
